We're here to help you. Let us be your guide for all your Medicare needs.

About

Hello, I am Tony Balsama! Welcome to our website.

I love my work in Medicare sales because it allows me to help clients decide on Medicare plans based on their needs.

My goal is to guide clients to buy the plan they choose after we finish a conversation about their needs.

Medicare is a journey involving the client and the agent. Each year brings new circumstances, conditions, and decisions for clients and agents to ponder before choosing a new plan or renewing the previous year’s plan as long as you like.

Medicare is a family journey. The children of Medicare clients want the best healthcare available for their parents. I am honored to serve Arizona families, and my goal is to match a Medicare plan that aligns with client needs.

I work out of an agency in Mesa, and I live in Surprise, in the northwest valley. Many of our completed enrollments occur by phone, accompanied by computers and emails, thanks to technology.

We look forward to talking with you on the phone or email or in person. My goal during a meeting is to simplify Medicare concepts and make them understandable to clients.

Medicare Products

  • Medicare Advantage

A Medicare Advantage Plan (like an HMO or PPO) is another way to get Medicare coverage. Clients who join a Medicare Advantage Plan still have Medicare. They'll get Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) coverage from the Medicare Advantage Plan, not Original Medicare. Medicare Advantage Plans, sometimes called “Part C” or “MA Plans,” are offered by private companies approved by Medicare.

  • Medicare Supplement

A “Medicare Supplement Insurance” policy (also called Medigap) is private health insurance that’s designed to supplement Original Medicare. This means it helps pay some of the health care costs that Original Medicare doesn’t cover (like copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles). These are "gaps" in Medicare coverage. If a person has Original Medicare and a Medicare Supplement policy, Medicare will pay its share of the Medicare-approved amounts for covered health care costs. Then the Medicare Supplement policy pays its share.

  • Prescription Drug Plan

Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (sometimes called “PDPs”) add drug coverage to Original Medicare, some Medicare Cost Plans, some Medicare Private Fee-for-Service (PFFS) plans, and Medicare Medical Savings Account (MSA) plans. Medicare Advantage Plans (like an HMO or PPO) or other Medicare health plans that include Medicare prescription drug coverage (Part D) and cover Part A and Part B are sometimes called “MA-PDs.” Part A and Part B are a must have to join a Medicare Advantage Plan.
